The K318i has been equipped with the latest technology including the precise, first focal plane, illuminated MOAK reticle made possible by the complex lens system, the use of the special glass types, and the innovative etching technology. The Kahles K318i has been designed to be utilized in long-range shooting when powerful magnification is necessary to bring game into view while the 3.5x magnification ensures that you do not lose your wide field of view. To enhance the optical performance, the lenses are treated with an OILPHOBIC coating to prevent fingerprints and smudge marks from obstructing your view and a Kahles-AMV achromatic coating to provide maximum light and image transmission.

In addition to the outstanding optical performance, the Kahles K318i is equipped with patented TWIST GUARD - Right Side Widage (RSW) with a freely rotating cover. This feature not only prevents accidental windage adjustments but also allows the shooter unrestricted handling of the windage without the need for locking and unlocking. This riflescope also features Zero Stop; a mechanical stopping point that is 3 or 4 clicks below the zero indicator and allows the user to quickly and intuitively find the zero indicator. To ensure that your riflescope will survive even the most rugged of adventures, the body has been coated in an ultra-scratch-resistant coating while the main tube has been nitrogen purged and O-ring sealed for fog proof and waterproof capabilities.
